About

The house

Run for generations by the Siffert family, the Ferme-Auberge du Pré Bracot is exactly what it claims to be: a real farm with a real table. Everything is sourced locally: the meat, cheese and vegetables come from neighbouring farms (some of the pork even comes from ours). In a rustic room with long wooden tables, they serve the repas marcaire, the dish people drive across the Vosges for.
